Comp class will be run more on the purely ecological dynamics end of the spectrum.

We can play games to elicit specific ideas and training goals, but we want to minimize coach instruction and prioritize polishing of skills over development of skills.

There are more topics here than we can cover in our allotted time. I'd prioritize depth over breadth here. We want to get warmed up and use time to focus on maximum of 3 topics between wrestling, guard, pins, and submission positions. Err towards playing the same game

Warm Up

1 x 5 minute flow roll - can play around with this and do 3x3, 2x4 etc..

Playful Wrestling

2 x 3 minutes, if athlete is planning on pulling guard, they win if they pull into a leg entanglement or active guard. They do not win if they pull to an open guard.
